Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
We will offer a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery at invictusathx@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
